Mentoring Services
Many people ask young people who are about to graduate from high school what they are going to study, which universities they will apply to, or what they will do for a living, as if those were the only steps to follow.
At Compass, we apply psychological principles to help young people delve into a more essential question: What do I want to do after I graduate? Through one-on-one sessions, we employ psychological tools to guide them in self-discovery activities, such as writing, painting, sculpting, acting, and music. This psychological approach encourages genuine exploration of their interests and goals, allowing each young person to build an authentic and meaningful life plan.

Workshops
There is no better place for collective learning than through workshops, where psychology plays a central role. In these workshops, young people not only discover themselves individually, but also as a group. Depending on their stage of development, it is crucial to teach them about the psychology of emotions: what they are, how they manifest themselves, and how they can be controlled at key moments. In addition, it focuses on developing psychological skills to face and resolve any adversity in their path.
Education
At both the individual and group level, it is essential that people understand the importance of healthy parenting (for parents) and a positive development environment (for children and adolescents) from a psychological perspective. This is key to a better quality of life. Workshops and psychotherapy are complemented by psychological topics related to self-esteem, self-discovery and healthy discipline, among other essential aspects for comprehensive development.
Mentorship
With young people, we work on key psychological issues, such as improving self-esteem, appropriate emotional management and strengthening their relationships. During these stages of drastic change, both physical and cognitive, it is crucial to support them in discovering who they want to be and ensure that they have a healthy environment for their development. Psychology plays a fundamental role in guiding young people towards balanced and positive growth.
